Audition Info:
Due Date: Audition videos by Nov 1, 2024
Submit a link to your Audition Video to: music@biddefordcultural.org
Video Length: 3 minutes or less
Format: MP4, MPEG-4 or MP3 (Altered videos, e.g., AI, will be disqualified)
Video Must Include: Please state your name, age & song title at the beginning of your audition video.
Acceptance: Applicants will be notified within 2 weeks after auditions close.

General Rules and Information:
- York County High School Student (Grades 9th – 12th and ages 14-19)
- Accompaniment: Digital Instrumental tracks only or live instrument (no background vocals that mimic the performance).
- Instrumentalists: Must bring their own instruments & equipment
- Performances are limited to 3 minutes.
- A piano will be available to use for the performance.
- The audition song is the one you must perform on competition day.
- A Sound Check appointment is required on Jan 11, 2025 (9 AM-12 PM), prior to the show.
- Consent or Parental consent for those under 18 years and a signed photo/media release is required to participate.

Final Competition Performance
Date & Time: January 11, 2025, at 2 PM
Location: Biddeford High School Little Theater
Snow Date: January 12, 2025
Tickets: Open to the public. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
Attire: Appropriate conduct and dress required.

Competition Judging:
Judges will be music industry professionals.
Winners announced the end of the show.

*Top 2 winners: $500 cash & prizes
**Second place performers: $100 cash
***Top 2 winners will be featured to perform at the Greater Biddeford-Saco Music Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on May 4, 2025!!
